About ConectaFleet

ConectaFleet is a fleet management platform that helps carriers, owner-operators, and drivers track vehicles, drivers, documents, and compliance deadlines.

SMS messaging program

ConectaFleet sends optional automated text messages about your account (document review, access, and settlements). Owners and admins who opt in also receive one daily operations summary.

• Opt-in: Users voluntarily provide their mobile number on setup or in Settings and check an unchecked consent box agreeing to receive SMS from ConectaFleet about their account. Owners and admins who opt in also receive one daily operations summary. No account texts are sent without this explicit consent. Invitation texts are only sent when an admin includes a phone number on an invite.
• Opt-out: Users can stop messages at any time by unchecking the text alert option in Settings or replying STOP to any message.
• Frequency: Account texts are sent when something happens on your account. Owners and admins who opt in receive one daily operations summary instead of a text for every office alert.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@conectafleet.com.

Information we collect

We collect account information (name, email, phone), fleet data (vehicles, drivers, documents), and compliance dates you enter or upload. Phone numbers are used only for account notifications you opt into.

How we use your information

Information is used to operate the fleet dashboard, generate compliance alerts, send notifications you request, and maintain account security. We do not sell personal information.
