Getting started

  1. Open ConectaFleet on your phone or computer.
  2. Sign in with the email and password from your invite, or the account you created when you joined.
  3. After login, you land on the portal (Upload / home), not the office dashboard.

Join with a company code (if invited that way)

  1. Ask your office for the company join code.
  2. During onboarding, choose Join with code and apply as a company driver.
  3. Complete required application documents (typically CDL and medical card).
  4. Wait until an owner or admin approves your application. You may get an email when approved.
  5. Sign in again — you should reach /portal.

Uploads and settlements only work when your login email matches a driver record at your company.

If you see “Your account is not linked to a driver or owner-operator profile yet”:

  1. Tell dispatch or the office your login email.
  2. They add that email on your Drivers or Workforce profile.
  3. Refresh or sign out and back in.

Until you are linked, you can sign in, but uploads may be disabled and settlements empty.

Sign out

Use Sign out from Profile (or the portal header control if shown).

SettlementsPay history by period (read-only)
TrackTurn GPS sharing on or off
ProfileName, phone, language, password

  • Company name and your name
  • Theme (light/dark) when available in the header

Upload documents

  1. Open Upload.
  2. Choose What are you uploading? — for example:
    • Load confirmation
    • Proof of delivery
    • Receipt / fuel / toll
    • Detention or layover proof
    • Trip document
    • Work screenshot
  3. Enter Load / trip reference (required).
  4. Attach a photo or file (PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP — max 10 MB).
  5. Optionally add Notes.
  6. Tap Submit upload.

Successful uploads show as Pending under recent uploads and in My files.

Tips: Use the phone camera for BOLs and receipts; always include the load/trip reference so accounting can match your file.

ApprovedAccepted
RejectedNot accepted — read the note and re-upload if needed

You can view document type, load reference, date, rejection note, and open the original file.

Settlements

Read-only pay history:

  • Settlement number and pay period dates
  • Status: Pending, Approved, or Paid
  • Gross, deductions, net, and paid date when marked paid

When a period is approved you may get a Settlement ready in-app notification (and email when enabled). Questions about amounts go to your office — not as a reply inside ConectaFleet.

Location tracking

  1. Open Track.
  2. Turn on Share my location and allow browser location permission.
  3. Confirm Tracking Active and that the map updates.

While on, the app sends a GPS ping about every 2 minutes. Only your company staff with tracking access see your location. Turn sharing off anytime. Location is shared while tracking is on and the portal is in use in the browser—not as silent background tracking like some native apps.

You may also get email for upload approve/reject and related events. Use Mark all as read to clear badges.

Compliance-style SMS/email may also apply if your company and preferences enable them—ask the office if unsure.

Troubleshooting

Cannot upload: link email to your driver profile; check file type/size and load reference.

No settlements: office must post a period for you; profile must be linked.

Wrong page after login: drivers should see /portal. A full office dashboard means an office role—contact the owner.

Need help: contact dispatcher, admin, or owner. For password issues use Forgot password or ask them to resend an invite.
